(I have yet to extract the video of B-u-T taken in the way up to Inverness. It will get added to this as soon as I can get the file uploaded with incurring massive data charges or log-jamming the wifi at the B & B I'm staying in tonight...)
Berwick-upon-Tweed is where my 4th great grandparents on my Mom's side set sail for Canada and a new life. It made sense to use a stay here as a means for avoiding overpriced hotels in Edinburgh or London. After a very tiny bit of encouragement, it was decided to stop here instead of getting caught up in the hustle of Edinburgh. Can we say tired? Yup.
So this (below) is the first and very, very quick glance of Berwick-upon-Tweed.
